My experience of sailing dinghy clubs is that they were in their prime in the 1960's and 70's when i first learnt to sail. My current club is situated in an area where there used to be 4 clubs sailing on the old gravel pits, now there is only one left.

This set of images, titled Riding the Wind, is in a documentary genre and is designed to convey the fun, exitement and technical challenges of racing sailing dinghies. The images have been shot over the last 4 years. I take my camera to the club but often get seduced into sailing rather than taking pictures.
